Our client is a well-regarded claimant firm with offices across the North West. They are recruiting Clinical Negligence solicitors of all levels of PQE. You can expect a competitive salary and a generous hybrid working structure. These roles are open to those from claimant or defendant backgrounds.
Your new role
Depending on your level of experience, this Clinical Negligence solicitor position will see you handle your own caseload of fast and/or multi-track clinical negligence matters. Typical claims will include surgical errors, misdiagnosis, incorrect treatment, birth injuries and/or fatalities. There may be supervisory requirements dependent on previous experience and level of PQE. You can expect to take part in business development.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with previous clinical negligence experience. If newly qualified, you must have completed a seat in clinical negligence and/or assisted on clinical negligence files. Applicants from claimant or defendant backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
