We are currently working with a well known organisation within the Telco Industry. Our client is working with us to secure a Cloud Technical Business Analyst
On an initial contract until March 2025!

Your new role

• Lead agile (Scrum) meetings, ensuring all information is current and accurately documented.
• Support the development and upkeep of Jira and Confluence, Atlassian's project management and documentation tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop telco cloud architectures, contributing to the product roadmap.
• Maintain and support product roadmaps and planning activities, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Offer technical expertise and guidance on cloud technologies and cloud-native concepts.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in telco cloud technologies through research.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Gitlab.
• Knowledge of the telecommunication industry.
• Basic understanding of computer science, networking, and software.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps (CI/CD).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement - Technical and Non - Technical
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in supporting product road maps and planning.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Bitbucket and Bamboo
