Your new company is a dynamic and entrepreneurial SME located in North Manchester. Following a recent acquisition, they are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to enhance overall company performance and profitability.

Your new role
In your new role as Commercial Finance Manager you will play a crucial role within the business and oversee the financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Your duties will include developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and analysing financial performance to identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment with company goals, provide insights and recommendations to senior management, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

What you'll need to succeed You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with a s trong understanding of financial principles, accounting, and financial analysis. You will have the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights along with the capability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals. Experience in leading and managing finance teams, and collaborating with other departments is essential. You will have the ability to identify financial issues and develop effective solutions.
