This Greater Manchester law firm is a highly esteemed and well-established private practice, offering a comprehensive range of legal services. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced commercial property paralegal to join their established team.

Your new role

In your new role, you will assist solicitors with commercial property transactions, conduct title searches and review property documents, prepare and draft legal documents, liaise with clients and other parties, manage and organise case files, conduct legal research, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and handle post-completion matters, including property registration with the Land Registry.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need 1–2 years of experience as a commercial property paralegal, a strong understanding of property transactions, excellent organisational and time-management skills, the ability to work independently, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
