Community Programme Worker

Your new role

Work with a range of over 55s in a social setting.
Work with a range of adults with additional learning and/or physical needs in a social/disco setting.
Work with a range of 5–11-year-olds in a playwork setting.
Ensure all councils Safeguarding and Health and Safety guidelines and Policies are adhered to in relation to all our clients and coworkers in our clubs. Work alongside a range of workers, volunteers and carers to ensure a positive environment in all our clubs.

What you'll need to succeed

1-year full-time youth/play work experience
3 years part-time play/youth work experience
Youth work, play work, social care qualifications (desirable)
Working with adults with additional needs is a distinct advantage.
Working with older people is a distinct advantage.
