An influential Compensation, Benefits and Reward Specialist to join a large Property & Engineering business.
Your new company
My client is a large Property and Engineering company with multiple divisions and a national reach, boasting a vast portfolio of trusted clients.
Your new role
As the Compensation, Benefits and Reward Specialist for the business, you will report to the Chief People Officer with no direct reports. You will be the subject-matter expert for the company.
This role requires a highly experienced Compensation, Benefits and Reward professional with a deep understanding of HR processes and a proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative compensation strategies, employee benefits programs, and total reward frameworks across the company. Your expertise will be key in conducting comprehensive market analysis to ensure best-in-class practices, driving pay equity, and aligning reward strategies with both employee satisfaction and organisational sustainability. Additionally, you will lead the design and implementation of new compensation structures and reward initiatives, ensuring they are fair, competitive, and adaptable to evolving business needs.
Working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This role is based in the Eastleigh office 3 days / week vs 2 days WFH.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a depth of experience in a similar Compensation, Benefits and Reward lead role, or be looking to step up to a lead role with experience at an Advisor / Analyst level within this specialist discipline. An experienced HR / People Generalist with strong knowledge of Compensation, Benefits and Reward and a keen interest in a specialist role like this will be considered too.
