• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
• Ensure inclusive design by applying knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Apply user-centered design principles to inform product development and improve user experiences.
• Present research findings and insights using engaging visual aids, such as slides, charts, and infographics.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present insights and recommendations.
• Leverage healthcare knowledge to navigate systems, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.
• Craft compelling narratives that highlight user insights and their impact on business goals.
  

• Proven experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.

• Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills.
• Exceptional storytelling skills to convey user insights effectively.
• Ideal but not essential - Familiarity with healthcare systems, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.

• £600 per day, Umbrella (inside IR35)
