Your new role

They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage contract changes, claims, and disputes.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties meet their contractual obligations.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contract-related documents and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure seamless contract administration.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
