Your new role
As part of its continued success, the corporate team are looking to hire a corporate lawyer at NQ-2 PQE. The work will mainly involve M&A for a mix of SME clients as well as some larger corporates. This corporate solicitor role will enable you to work closely with key clients and to build your profile in the market. There is plenty of scope to get involved in business development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or with up to 2 years' pqe. You will have gained a solid grounding in corporate law and be looking to take your career to the next stage. With the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, you should be a well rounded team player.
