Corporate Services Administrator at an Offshore Law Firm

Your new role

The post holder will be part of the Corporate Services Provider team, which includes Chartered and part-qualified Company Secretaries and governance professionals. They will play a key role in delivering high-standard client corporate services with senior management's support. Responsibilities include assisting with statutory and regulatory compliance, supporting corporate meetings and transactions, and contributing to process improvements. Key duties involve maintaining corporate records, organising meetings, handling routine filings, performing company secretarial tasks, responding to queries, and ensuring compliance with AML/ATF and sanctions requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years in client-facing corporate services.
Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Chartered status or studying towards graduate status from the Corporate Governance Institute (formerly ICSA) is advantageous.
Personal Characteristics:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; minute-taking experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience with Viewpoint entity administration software or equivalent.
