Cover Supervisor job with secondary schools based in the Wirral, roles starting ASAP.

Your New Role
As a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school in the Wirral, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education for students during teacher absences. You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive learning environment. Your role will involve supporting students in their learning activities and providing feedback to teaching staff.


To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Experience working with young people, preferably in a secondary school setting
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • A full Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willing to apply for one.
