Location: North Birmingham
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: £185 – £250

Job Description:
They are looking for a motivated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to gain experience in a school setting. As a Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising classes during teacher's absences.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students remain focused.
  • Assisting students with their learning and addressing any questions.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity of education.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively

  • Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not required.
