• Collect outstanding charges from tenants.
• Ensure high collection rates and meet debtor targets set by the business.
• Manage individual portfolios.
• Chase overdue items via phone, email, and letter within agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate records of all chasing activities.
• Respond promptly to internal and external requests.
• Assist with receipt processing during busy periods.
• Take card payments over the phone.
• Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Perform general ad hoc duties.

• Experience with Excel and Word, including intermediate Excel skills (v-lookups and pivot tables).
• Credit control experience.
• Awareness of general accounting procedures, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
