What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to drive through a goal-oriented strategic approach in a complex organisational context
- Strong understanding of change management
- Influencing skills and are comfortable steering upstream decision-making with key decision-makers
- Experience of utilising change and engagement disciplines in a coordinated campaign, e.g. insight, stakeholder engagement, media, digital, etc.
- Knowledge of training needs analysis, change impact and readiness reviews
