Your new role

  • Providing quotations for customers

  • Liaising with partners and customers

  • Arranging consignments

  • Maintaining data quality and document accuracy

  • Responding to any general queries

  • Tracking consignments and liaising with customers

  • Checking shipment documentation

  • Understanding customs and exports

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in exports or customs is advantageous but not essential

  • 5+ years experience in a customer service or account management role

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills
