Your new role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. Your responsibilities will include handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction, through emails, calls and live chats. You will work both from home and in the office, offering flexibility and a balanced work-life experience.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous office-based customer service experience is preferred
  • Previous experience with financial services / Banking desirable but not essential
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software

What you'll get in return
