Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service Advisor
Location: Hybrid (Bradford)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week


I am working with a client in Bradford to recruit a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both from home and in our Bradford office. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and providing support across various channels including phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
