Customer Service Advisor

Your new company

A well-established organisation based in Northumberland is looking for a self-motivated, organised customer service professional to join their sales team for a temporary period of 3 months. They are looking for someone with previous experience in sales or customer service who is available at short notice.

Your new role

  • High-volume outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold call lists
  • Promote products or services, explaining features, benefits, and pricing to generate sales
  • Identify sales opportunities by researching and understanding customer needs
  • Follow up on potential leads and maintain relationships to convert them into sales
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Provide excellent post-sale customer service to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a similar customer service/sales role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle objections
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
