Customer Service | Housing | Dewsbury | Fixed Term

Are you immediately available looking for a new role?


I am working with a client in Dewsbury on a Fixed Term for 6 months to start as soon as possible. Housing experience is essential for this position.

Your main duties will be:

To provide a high quality advice and assistance service to tenants, applicants and other callers to the association both over the phone and in person.

To provide administration support service to internal customers.

To deal effectively and courteously with all customer enquiries including tenancy related issues, neighbour nuisance and estate issues, lettings enquiries, rent account queries, repairs and complaints over the phone and face to face.
