My client is recruiting a strong customer service candidate to join their customer service team, where you will support customers face to face and over the phone, providing guidance. You will regularly support vulnerable customers, reviewing and offering ways to support them, ensuring an empathetic attitude.

Providing advice face to face
Promoting online services
Ensuring accurate information is provided to customers at all times
Ensuring systems are updated accurately
Administrative tasks when required

What you'll need to succeed


Customer service experience
IT systems knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise workloads
