You will regularly support vulnerable customers, reviewing and offering ways to support them, ensuring an empathetic attitude.
Providing advice face to face
Promoting online services
Ensuring accurate information is provided to customers at all times
Ensuring systems are updated accurately
Administrative tasks when required
