Customer Service Representative (French or German Speaker)

Your new company

Due to our client company's growth, we're seeking a talented Customer Experience Representative / Sales Representative who is fluent in French. You'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our existing customers and attracting new business.

Your new role

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and lead follow-ups.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Provide accurate pricing information and quotes for customers.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer experiences and brand awareness.
  • Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and proactively address customer needs.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and online chat.
  • Product Feedback: Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and new feature development.
  • Issue Tracking: Log and address technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.

What you'll need to succeed


  • Exceptional Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening.
  • At least two years of experience in a customer service, support, or sales role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Hubspot, Zendesk, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret customer experience data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French (or German)
