Digital Marketing and Communications Executive -6 months FTC -London- £33,882 pr to start ASAP Hybrid working 3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management:
    Support the planning, execution, and analysis of digital recruitment campaigns, working closely with our recruitment teams and media agency.
  • Media Buying:
    Organise and optimise our presence on external sites and platforms, ensuring effective media-buying within budget.
  • Conversion Tracking:
    Monitor and report on conversion tracking through digital channels, demonstrating ROI and providing insights for future campaigns.
  • E-Store Administration:
    Support the administration of our e-store, ensuring it operates at its full potential as an e-commerce platform.
  • Best Practices:
    Advise colleagues on the latest developments and best practices in digital marketing.

Main Duties:
  • Coordinate and deliver digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with recruitment teams and media-buying agency.
  • Construct and deliver advertising campaigns during key recruitment periods.
  • Participate in bi-weekly status calls with the media-buying agency to share ideas and ensure campaign delivery stays on track.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign landing pages.
  • Independently manage low-value PPC and social media activities.
  • Optimise presence on external sites and platforms.
  • Arrange the purchase of effective profile site packages within budget.
  • Update profiles and courses to drive traffic to our website.
  • Ensure content aligns with our visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Track and measure campaign activities to demonstrate ROI.
  • Manage Business Profiles.
  • Monitor digital channels for adherence to brand guidelines and take corrective action as needed.
  • Evaluate marketing activity effectiveness and develop reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Implement and use digital marketing evaluation tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Provide first-line support for the online store and add new users to the platform.
  • Offer advice and guidance on digital marketing to colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Level or equivalent, or equivalent experience.
  • Digital Marketing Qualification.
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Experience in a marketing or communications environment, using digital technologies.
  • Proven ability to plan, run, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong skills in web and social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent English skills, with experience in copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
  • Creative and proactive in suggesting and developing new ideas.
  • Strong numerical and data skills, with the ability to manage budgets.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
