Digital Marketing Brand Manager - up to £65,000 - Beauty

Your new company

I have partnered with an international company which is fast-paced and growing, specialising in manufacturing, and distributing luxury fragrances and cosmetics. They hold a fantastic and reputable portfolio, with offices in the UK, USA, Switzerland, France and Italy.

Your new role

As Digital Brand Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and online sales. Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to build new and innovative campaigns and analyse performance metrics to ensure brand consistency and growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Creation of digital strategies and growth plans for the category across portfolio, to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty and sales growth.
- E-comm management: collaborate with the retailers' e-comm teams to enhance consumer experience, optimise product listings and ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns.
- Data analysis and reporting: monitor and analyse digital campaign performance and generate reports that provide actionable insights to improve strategies and achieve KPIs
- SEO & SEM Optimisation: develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Collaborate on paid search campaigns and PPC strategies to increase online visibility and ROI
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the brand's tone, voice and visual identity to maintain consistency across all online channels
- Budget Management: Responsible for setting, managing & optimising the digital co-op budgets working closely with marketing and commercial teams.

What you'll need to succeed

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role ideal and a passion and understanding for the beauty & fragrance category and UK retail environment.
- Commercial and strategic thinker with good analytical and media/activation skills.
- Ability to lead when working cross-functionally, with effective communication skills and a confident approach to presentations.
- Planning, negotiating & organisation skills.
- Strong project management skills
