Overview:

The key purpose of this role is to support the Digital Marketing Specialist & work with our agencies to deliver an industry leading end-to-end customer-centric digital experience across the clients digital platforms (OneWeb and One smart Web) to optimise sales opportunities and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Digital Marketing Specialist to deliver tactical briefs, covering Retail, Fleet, SME & Corporate business areas.
Working with agencies to continuously improve assets by reviewing Brand Hub downloads and deep diving into reporting.

Relationship management with our Agent Network through continuous communication, both face to face and online.
Collating and actioning feedback and ensuring Agent engagement.

Supporting the Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and roll out various seasonal promotional activities and brand campaigns throughout the year. Ensuring Agent engagement, participation, and activation.

Thinking of new innovative ways to enhance Showroom content in a digital environment and the end to end customer journey.

Raising POs and supporting line Manager with budget allocation of New Car Marketing.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Strong numeracy and communication skills

Commercial experience in a sales/marketing environment would be desirable.

Experience of working with agencies and suppliers

Customer-centric approach

Budget coordination and administrative support

Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to take initiative

An adaptive “thinker”, able to work independently and as a team-player
