Your new role

The Quality Document Controller is responsible for overseeing the management of project documentation, supporting Project / Site Managers and Sub-Contractors in the delivery of all required quality documents, such as ITPs, checksheets and related records. This includes maintaining a system for tracking the submission, approval, and filing of documents, ensuring compliance with project milestones and regulatory standards.

The Document Controller will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure that documentation is properly managed throughout the project lifecycle and in line with security.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, particularly in project-based environments.
Secure project experience is preferred but not essential.
Ability to communicate effectively and manage document flows between internal and external teams.
Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail.

This is a highly confidential role; candidates will need to be SC-cleared, with thorough background checks done.
