Dutch-speaking Customer Service Adviser

Customer Service Adviser - Fluent Dutch speaking.
West Yorkshire - can be based in Wakefield or surrounding areas.
Salary: Circa. £27,000 +

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Adviser. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with clients from the Netherlands.
  • Knowledge of Dutch culture and business practices.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
