We work closely with ECTs to find you their dream role after qualifying, using our experience and strong working relationships with schools to help them gain experience and confidence.

If you’re an early career teacher (ECT) looking for supply teaching opportunities, there are several options available to you:

1. Supply Work: By working on a supply basis, you can gain experience in various school settings without a long-term commitment. It’s an excellent way to build confidence in the classroom and explore different environments. You can find your ideal year group, role and type of school by being placed in one of our partner schools. For stability, we can offer you a GUARANTEED CONTRACT if you are flexible and willing to get stuck in.

2. Long-Term Roles: Consider long-term roles, which allow you to assess whether a school is a good fit for you. You’ll have time to settle into the environment without a permanent commitment, receive a regular income, and valuable references. We will also help negotiate with the school for a placement 1 term or more to go towards your ECT year.

3. Career Advice: Seek guidance from consultants who specialise in placing ECTs. They can help you find your ideal job, whether it’s supply work or a long-term position.
