Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Support the physical, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 40 days working with children within the last 5 years.
  • Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
