Electrician Role - Cambridge

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across the estate.
Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to support overall estate operations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
