Your new company

You will be joining a multi-platform e-commerce company that has been trading for over 30 years. They’re entering an exciting period of growth and are looking to maximise their CRM. You’ll join in their committed approach to providing customers with the best service during key events in their life. You will have the close support of the senior marketing director to make an instant impact on both existing projects and on a new venture set to revolutionise it’s industry. They value data-driven strategies and professionals who are truly passionate about what they do.
Your new role

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for email campaign management, design and execution. You will be required to manage and optimise the customer journey, GDPR & email automation. A key part of the role will involve the migration of the current ESP to another, so experience within this is desirable. Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot or MailChimp is desired.

You will develop, design, and execute weekly tailored content to increase customer base and existing customer retention. This will require complex personalisation and automation skills, but you will also be required to create new content to engage their existing audience. You will also be required to regularly analyse and report email marketing performance.

This is a permanent full-time role based in London with hybrid working options available.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in an email marketing focused role.
  • Extensive CRM & email marketing experience in design, implementation and analysis with tools such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp. GA4 and SQL desirable
  • A/B testing, customer journey mapping/management, up-to-date marketing trends and best practice knowledge.
  • Experience in ESP migration, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What you’ll get in return

This is a very valuable opportunity to join an established business in an exciting period of expansion. You will have the opportunity to ‘own’ the email marketing processes, with autonomy and support for you to demonstrate your strengths. You’ll be joining a company that strives to be at the cutting-edge of their industry, and offer a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. You’ll receive a very competitive salary, with benefits on top.
