Working for a global investment management firm of 2,000 headcount. This role will be covering all non - US employee relations, spanning across the UK, Germany, Middle East and Asia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our employee relations strategy, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, and driving initiatives that support our organisational goals.

Your new role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive employee relations strategies and policies.

  • Provide expert advice and support to management on employee relations issues.

  • Lead investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.

  • Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration across all levels of the organisation.

  • Working with external works counsels and employment lawyers.

  • Lead a team of 5 employee relations professionals, from advisor through to senior consultants.

  • Monitor and analyse employee relations trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Report back to CPO on trends, improvements and escalations.

  • Support on M&A, change and transformation - including redundancies.

  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and deliver training programs on employee relations topics.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in employee relations, preferably within the investment management or financial services industry.

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
