Working for a global investment management firm of 2,000 headcount. This role will be covering all non - US employee relations, spanning across the UK, Germany, Middle East and Asia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our employee relations strategy, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, and driving initiatives that support our organisational goals.
Your new role
Develop and implement comprehensive employee relations strategies and policies.
Provide expert advice and support to management on employee relations issues.
Lead investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration across all levels of the organisation.
Working with external works counsels and employment lawyers.
Lead a team of 5 employee relations professionals, from advisor through to senior consultants.
Monitor and analyse employee relations trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Report back to CPO on trends, improvements and escalations.
Support on M&A, change and transformation - including redundancies.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and deliver training programs on employee relations topics.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in employee relations, preferably within the investment management or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
