Your new role

Providing outstanding HR service to a variety of stakeholders as part of an EMEA ER specialist team in a fast-paced and supportive manner, delivering consistent, comprehensive HR advice and support to leaders in accordance with best practice, legislation and organisational policies.

  • Manage an ER caseload, working proactively with leaders to agree outcomes and propose recommendations, from grievances to more complex, sensitive cases, ensuring risks are efficiently managed.
  • Advising managers in relation to policy, HR best practice and legislation, including cases involving complex employment law.
  • Support on restructures
  • Work as part of an EMEA ER specialist team
  • Ensuring HR correspondence is completed in line with policy and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships as the main point of contact for ER issues, advocating an early intervention approach to avoid the need for formal processes.
  • Conduct and resolve complex investigations of employee complaints in a consistent, empathetic, and legally sound manner.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proficiency in managing own cases end-to-end
  • Understand relationships between ER matters and commercial operations
  • Experience in restructures
  • CIPD qualification Level 5+, equivalent HR Qualification or experience
  • Minimum of 5 years HR/ER experience
  • Maturity, discretion and good judgement in managing complex decisions and handling sensitive information
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills

What you'll get in return

  • A salary of £52,000 - £62,000, pack
  • Working model of 4 days a week working remotely, 1 day working in the office.
