Your new role
Providing outstanding HR service to a variety of stakeholders as part of an EMEA ER specialist team in a fast-paced and supportive manner, delivering consistent, comprehensive HR advice and support to leaders in accordance with best practice, legislation and organisational policies.
- Manage an ER caseload, working proactively with leaders to agree outcomes and propose recommendations, from grievances to more complex, sensitive cases, ensuring risks are efficiently managed.
- Advising managers in relation to policy, HR best practice and legislation, including cases involving complex employment law.
- Support on restructures
- Work as part of an EMEA ER specialist team
- Ensuring HR correspondence is completed in line with policy and regulations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships as the main point of contact for ER issues, advocating an early intervention approach to avoid the need for formal processes.
- Conduct and resolve complex investigations of employee complaints in a consistent, empathetic, and legally sound manner.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in managing own cases end-to-end
- Understand relationships between ER matters and commercial operations
- Experience in restructures
- CIPD qualification Level 5+, equivalent HR Qualification or experience
- Minimum of 5 years HR/ER experience
- Maturity, discretion and good judgement in managing complex decisions and handling sensitive information
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills

- A salary of £52,000 - £62,000, pack
- Working model of 4 days a week working remotely, 1 day working in the office.
