Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations into allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and other workplace issues.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment.
- Provide coaching and training to managers on effective employee relations practices and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and investigations.
- Analyze employee relations trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
