Your new company
I am looking to speak to HR professionals with solid employee relations and change management experiences. My client is going through a period of change, this role will take the lead in clearing a back log of ER cases. You will also have the chance to support with a minor restructure across the EMEA region.
Your new role
Key duties
Manage ER Case load – disciplinary, grievance, absence and sickness
Support the HR business partners during times of annual leave
Assist the Senior HR members with minor restructures
EMEA experience is desirable.
Support global and local HR projects
What you'll need to succeed
Proven ER case management experience, ideally CIPD qualified. Previous experience as a HR Advisor. EMEA experience is advantageous.
What you'll get in return
£220-£250 per day, c6 month contract, inside of IR35
