Your new role

This employment lawyer role will see you join a well run and well managed law firm that has a highly rated employment team. You will handle a respondent based employment caseload that includes both contentious and non-contentious matters. The role will see you play a key role in helping to grow the team and take it to the next stage in its development.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment solicitor operating at Senior Associate or Partner level. You will be well connected and will ideally have some form of client following. In addition, you should have an appetite to get involved in business development.
