Your new role

As a key member of the Risk Management team, you will contribute to the successful development and execution of the global risk framework. You will play a pivotal role in defining and monitoring annual risk management plans, fostering an effective risk culture, and delivering high-quality reporting to various risk committees and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong risk management skills, excellent stakeholder management, analytical abilities, effective time management, teamwork experience, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of risk management frameworks and the insurance industry, along with a proven track record in delivering successful risk management outcomes and managing senior stakeholders. London market experience desirable.
