New Estates Administrator Job In Birmingham
Your new company
Hays are currently working with a Housing Association in the West Midlands area to recruit two Estate Administrators.
Your new role
As an estates' administrator, you will be working on invoices. This includes raising any disputes and queries. Furthermore, you will be liaising with various parts and teams of the company in relation to the invoices. As well as this, you will be providing customer service to tenants to ensure their queries relating to your area have been handled.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this job, you will need to demonstrate strong customer service and administrative skills as you will be in contact with various stakeholders, and operating online systems. You will need to possess a strong attention to detail as you will be working with high volumes of financial information, and the job is finance heavy.
