Your new role
Within your role, you will deliver support to the Head of Events in the planning and delivery of an extensive programme of internal, external and online meetings, events and seminars. You also liaise with internal and external partners to ensure first-class service to ensure budgetary compliance for advertising and consistency throughout event programmes. You will have the opportunity to perform site research, manage event logistics, and work closely with a range of stakeholders. As such, you will need strong communication & relationship-building skills.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you will need to have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the management and delivery of events. You will be working with a range of stakeholders, as such you will need to be an organised and hands-on individual that is diligent, flexible and calm under pressure. You must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with managers and clients. You may be required to travel throughout the UK for this role. You will need to be an organised individual who can meet firm deadlines, manage tight budgets, and handle logistics, whilst also building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
