Your new role

Exam Invigilator job is part-time ad-hoc work. The hours vary from full days to mornings or afternoons.
In this role you will be expected to:
  • Ensure exams are conducted in compliance with JCQ standards
  • Maintain exam integrity by supervising candidates, minimising disruptions
  • Collect secure and return exam materials as per protocol
  • Ensure correct equipment is present prior to the exam starting
  • Setting up the rooms for the exams
  • Assist in distributing papers to students

  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Time management is crucial.
This job is a temporary position. We will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum and you will need to be willing to undergo a DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.
