EYFS Teacher position - Swadlincote

Position: EYFS Teacher
Location: Swadlinecote
Salary: MPS/UPS
Contract type: Short term and long term positions available

Hays Education are working with primary schools in Swadlincote who are looking for EYFS Teachers to join their team on either a short or long-term basis. We also have permanent opportunities available. As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds during their crucial early years.

Your new role

  • Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children’s development across all areas (physical, social, emotional, and cognitive)
  • Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Assessing and tracking children’s progress
  • Collaborating with other staff members to enhance the overall nursery experience
What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with parents and families
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
