EYFS Teacher position - Swadlincote

Position: EYFS Teacher

Location: Swadlinecote

Salary: MPS/UPS

Contract type: Short term and long term positions available

Hays Education are working with primary schools in Swadlincote who are looking for EYFS Teachers to join their team on either a short or long-term basis. We also have permanent opportunities available. As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds during their crucial early years.

Your new role

Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children’s development across all areas (physical, social, emotional, and cognitive)
Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Assessing and tracking children’s progress
Collaborating with other staff members to enhance the overall nursery experience

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification
A genuine passion for working with young children
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with parents and families
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
