Hays are delighted to be supporting a niche high growth manufacturing organisation to recruit a Finance Manager/Business Partner for their Leamington Spa site. The company anticipates significant growth over the next few years and is looking to grow their team within Finance.

Your new role

You will act as a business partner to two business strands. The role will involve leading in annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting. You will also manage bill of materials for the manufacturing site. The role will also involve producing business cases for new products and potential revenue streams. You will also be involved in due diligence and appraisal of future acquisitions. This is a highly commercial role and is key to the continued growth of the business.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a fully qualified Commercial Business Partner who has extensive experience within stakeholder management. A background in automotive, manufacturing or similar would be helpful, as would a proven track record working within a growth business. The ideal candidate will be able to engage with non-finance individuals and explain complex financial information clearly.
