Your new role
- Support the Finance Department's daily operations with a focus on managing expenses.
- Ensure adherence to current legislation and meet all statutory filing deadlines.
- Oversee all expense-related activities, including internal management reporting.
- Coordinate with statutory organisations, HMRC, and relevant Finance and HR departments.
- Balance sheet reconciliation and analysis work.
- Managing purchase ledger and creditors control accounts, including credit reconciliations.
What you'll need to succeed
- IATI qualified or part-qualified accountant, or at least 3 years of experience in a finance function within a large, diverse organisation with multiple income streams and cost centres.
- Experience in managing purchase ledger and creditors control accounts, including credit reconciliations.
- Knowledge and experience of internal control systems (e.g., ISO).
- Experience in balance sheet reconciliation and analysis work.
- Experience working for a large not-for-profit organisation.
- Experience of managing and mentoring staff.
