The Role:
As Finance Manager, you will:
Lead and support a team of three across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Procurement.
Oversee and deliver robust month-end reporting.
Manage statutory reporting and audit preparation to ensure compliance.
Drive improvements in financial controls and processes.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
Is professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) – or Qualified by Experience with strong financial accounting expertise.
Has experience in the public sector or further education (preferred but not essential).
Thrives in a leadership role, supporting and developing their team.
Has excellent knowledge of financial reporting and audit preparation.
