Financial Controller - Well-loved Hospitality business in London - £70,000 - £75,000

Your new company

I am currently working with a fun and experiential hospitality business based in central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance leader who is looking to have operational influence across the business, particularly as they embark on a new refurbishment project.

Your new role

This well-funded company is managed with passion and integrity by an impressive FD and Managing Director. This Financial Controller position is a significant hire, working alongside the FD to support the team of more junior level finance team members. Alongside a broad financial responsibility, this role has broad operational scope and influence. You will manage and build a best-in-class finance function so that the business can continue to deliver an exceptional customer experience. There is a diverse remit to collaborate and liaise with non-finance personnel across the business.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified accountant with experience as a finance leader. Ideally with a practice background and preferably with hotel, retail or F&B sector experience. You will ideally have had experience as a Finance Manager and be looking for a new challenge, able to mentor and support the full-time team.
