Freelance Electrical Supervisor Role - Highways Contractor - Outside IR35

Your new company

You will be joining an industry-leading subcontractor within the Civil Engineering industry who has a number of schemes on the National Highways SDF Framework within the Midlands region specialising in street lighting instillation and design.

Your new role

You will be responsible for reviewing test sheets and work information surveys whilst managing the production, including H&S, handover and other required paperwork. Oversee the installation of the street lighting aspects of motorway and highway schemes.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will have experience working on street lighting projects previously, be a qualified electrician (17th or 18th edition) and hold a CSCS Gold or Black card. Being a qualified electrician isn’t essential, but strongly preferred. In addition to this, you will have knowledge of reviewing test sheets and work information surveys, advising the electricians.
