The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and social development of our student, working closely with teachers to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of individualised lesson plans.
  • Facilitate small group activities and one-to-one support sessions.
  • Monitor and record student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximise student outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an SEN TA or similar role.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to student support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
