As a property development and surveying professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this scientific campus. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing acquisitions and disposals, optimising land use, and engaging in a wide range of other work to improve and continuously develop the portfolio. You will contribute to strategic planning and execution of development projects, working to implement the masterplan and support aspirations for growth.

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of leading a small team of property professionals.
- Commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate a track record in commercial property management or asset management alongside development work.
