Permanent opportunity for Graduate Building Surveyor at multidisciplinary consultancy in Lancashire

Your new company

You will be working for a chartered multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy based in Lancashire. They offer a variety of services to public and private sector clients, including Project Delivery, Professional Surveys, Quantity Surveying, and Principal Designer.

Your new role

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will assist experienced Building Surveyors with a variety of work including Schedules of condition, Dilapidations, Condition Surveys, Pre-acquisition Surveys, and Project Delivery. Projects vary from £50k to £3m and may be anything from a new-build house to the extension of a school or college. The company operates in a variety of sectors and is happy to train a graduate straight from university with no prior experience.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Building Surveying or will be close to graduating.

You will live in Lancashire.

What you'll get in return

£28,000-£30,000 per year
