Permanent role for a Graduate Building Surveyor with a consultancy in Manchester

Your new company

Great building consultancy that has a strong Manchester presence and works across student accomodation, care homes, and office fit out with project value ranging from £50k to £10 million. They are based in the city centre, modern office which is easily commutable on public transport.

This consultancy has an APC support network and will help you every step of the way to get your chartership.

Your new role

This role will see you delivering specifications, project administration, building surveys, dilapidation. What you'll need to succeed

If you are a graduate building surveyor with experience gained through a placement year or at least 12 months post graduate experience, I'd love to discuss how this consultancy could be a great next step for your career.

You will be degree qualified in Building Surveying and eligible to work in the UK.
