About the Role:

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising classes and ensuring students remain on task with their work.

  • Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.

  • Supporting students with their learning and addressing any queries they may have.

  • Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure smooth delivery of lessons.


Requirements:

  • A degree in any discipline.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.

  • Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
